I changed my reservation and they lost it. Was lucky enough to still get the storage size i needed via 2 units. The elevator broke down at the very beginning of moving item into storage and had to carry everthing up the stairs. Of course no comps even offered.

I have two units and could not be happier. The facility is clean and well-lit. The staff is as helpful as can be. I feel like my things are stored at a friend's house.
