I feel very secure storing goods at the North Fort Myers store. It can be a rough part of town but the people at the facility keep everything in a clean and orderly condition. The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent service to their customers.

Reserved space on line. Got a tour of the place and the option to change if I needed. Customer service was excellent. Access is terrific and location is convenient for me.

Trudie was very pleasant to talk to and would ask me about things that I should consider as a renter. She gave me 24 hour access. This was very helpful and made moving in very easy and stress free as I was renting two spaces and had a deadline I had to meet because I was flying out the next day.

I was lost when my mom died, I had to get everything out of her house fast.I luckily picked the right place "Uncle Bobs storage", in North Fort Meyers.Trudi, the manager at the time was extreamly helpfull and made renting the unit simple. sugested insurance ,a climate controlled unit and recomended a great moving Co. which was advertized on their bulletin board. After filling the 20x20 climate controlled unit, I rented another 20x20 unitand filled that too. With their rules the second month is free, and for two units, that meant big savings for me. These units are great, the doors are easy to open and they allow you to use a push cart and if you need it a truck to use for free.I would recomend this place to anyone needing a place to store whatever you have to store for as long as you have to.
