Easy process to reserve a storage space. Everyone I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. The storage price is very good and this storage units are close to Cypress Lakes and Reflection Lake area. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say, we pulled up opened the door. Went into a clean unit. Packed it up and locked the door, and left. Easy!!

I felt there was too many hidden costs that weren’t disclosed when I made the initial contact. Charging a 25 admin fee is ridiculous. What does that even mean ???? Then insurance needed 😳😳. They buy your own lock. Wasn’t overall impressed with the admin side of the business

Only one person at office and she was 1/2 hour late arriving - stuck in traffic.

Finished the contract over the phone. Having car issues so haven't been able to get back to the property to put my stuff there. I was supposed to get everything set last Saturday but the office was closed due to illness.

Friendly staff- has an "at home" family feel, professional, clean, excellent prices and customer service. If it werent for the short hours they would be 5star in my book!

It was good. I just wish the person who was filling in for someone else. Had help or knew what they were doing. I don't think you should leave someone very unsure of the system alone. Because of that I know I was charged the wrong rate. But the person had no idea how to change or do things.
