My storage shed on my property was ruined during Hurricane Ian and needed to rent a storage unit. I found a unit from another local self-storage facility and had my belonging stored there for about 6 months. My 7th month there said facility was bought out by another company and increased my monthly rent for a 10x12 unit from $125 a month to $225 a month. After doing some research I found that the Prime storage on N. Tamiami Trl. in N. Fort Myers had a 10x12 unit for less than I was paying originally for my other unit. The online application was super quick and simple, I was able to reserve my move in date, and received reminder emails with move in details and instructions and super accurate facility information. On the day of move in we checked in with the office as instructed and the office staff was amazing. She super, friendly, personable and was ready to answer any questions we had. She was super-fast with completing our registration process and had us on our way in less than 15mins. The property is well maintained, clean, and secure (The other facility always had the gate open and less then honorable people hanging around constantly). I would suggest Prime Storage to anyone, and we are very pleased we made the move.

Service was excellent. Your staff really went above and beyond to handle our move in after the hurricane. They had no internet but used their cell phones and remote person to make things work.

What a great experience. Great facility. Went in to get a short term locker rental. While there talked about outside vehicle storage. They are matching the price from another storage lot. Will be moving my vehicle here. Extremely clean, security cameras, gated and 24 hr access!!!
