THis is an excellent value. I paid more for parking outside in someone's backyard last year. The set up was very fast and simple. I was able to speak to a live person with instant answers to my questions. Access to the garage facility was very simple and straightforward. The facility is in a prime location. The facility is very clean. The only issue I had was the lock supplied was a little tricky to work. The 20x10 garage is plenty big for my Chryslder Sebring and allows me to store a few bikes and other items as well. I am very pleased with Public Storage and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy Peasy! I moved to the area in March and needed to remodel my small condo. We could only work on it during the off season. Now that the busy season is starting I thought about selling all my tools and buying new ones again in the spring as I figured the cost would be about the same as renting storage for 6 months to just pay to have them sitting there. When I looked up the price and signed up online, I would replace only one saw for the price of storing them all for half a year!! No brainer! Moved in the same day!

Outstanding customer relations from Patti and Mary at Public Storage located at 11181 Kelly Rd in Fort Myers, FL 33957. These two were at the office when we stopped in to complete our registration. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was straight-forward, and there was no hard selling of any extra items. We appreciate their kindness and extra work at finding us the best deal. Online reservation was a breeze. Follow up calls/texts were almost immediate from beginning to the end. Public Storage earned a 5 star review due to their excellent customer service and ease of reserving a unit. This location is also clean, safe and convenient.

Patti was amazing and super helpful!! Took her time to show me everything around & answer all my questions, the place itself is clean & in a great area. Only thing I disliked a bit was how the move in price of ($1.00) for the first month went from what should of been $25-$27.00 to almost $80.00

We had Patti and she was wonderful. We got a great space on 2nd floor with air conditioning! Man were we thankful for the A/C. We spent the whole day there! They have an elevator and a cart to help move things upstairs! Also very thankful for that and when we ran out of water Patti had more that was super cold! All in all its a great clean facility with helpful staff with a great personality! I highly recommend public storage on kelly Rd!

I had a wonderful experience with public storage at the Kelly road location in ft Myers with Patty, I live in Georgia so having my personal items in another state is somewhat nerve wracking at times but Patty was almost always the one who called me to let me know my payment was coming up, she is very nice and professional, and a great customer service rep, I can't say enough about her she is wonderful and always willing to listen and genuinely cares about her customers. Thank u to patty and I hope you get a big giant raise hehe, seiously tho 5 stars all the way

Went to Public Storage on Sunday to ren a unit and the associate Tom worked with us to find the right size unit for our needs. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the sizes available. Also let usknow about any other supplies such as packing items we may need. I would recommend Public Storage to any of my friends if they need any place to store anything.
