My third rental at Public Storage and all have been very easy, helpful, and as good as could be expected. Clean tidy facilities each time. Had to unload large truck the first time and facility helped with a close to end storage shed to make it easy.

The people at the desk are great. The deal, not so much. The whole "dollar for the first month" deal is a scam. The rent's supposed to be about $50 a month for a 5x5. The amount of fees, add-ons, insurance, taxes, etc. is confusing and rather shamelessly drives up the price. I'd rather just know what the entire amount is upfront, than be brought in for one price, and switched to another. Don't get me started on the incredibly stupid "you're trapped if you try to leave after 9 p.m." I had to wait an hour for someone to come let me out. That's just plain stupid business practice. Bottom-line: Almost $100 a month for the smallest locker is adequate. Just adequate.

Convenient location when I was moving. Had trouble with thr gate code they gave me, while it was pouring rain (first, couldn't get into the gate because the person who wrote my code on the card forgot a digit, then couldn't get into the building with my storage unit in it with my code so they had to fix something in the computer. ..). Otherwise, no issues.

my storage experience there was great but online it told me my first payment was $20 and I end up having to pay over 50 the fine print needs to be printed so that people can read it before they come in with only $20
