Representatives were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact websites do not state CLEARLY that you have to have insurance so unless a customer knows in advance they are somewhat "blind-sided" when signing up to rent a unit.

Reserve our privacy when reserving our unit while other customers were around. Very helpful, polite and understanding of our needs.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Facilities appeared acceptable although needing minor repairs around building entrance. Availability was limited.

Melissa (the manager) was awesome!!! She has the kind of personality that makes you want to be her friend. She helped me navigate the rental process and made everything simple & speedy. I am a teacher who was helping a former student & her family who are "in crisis" store their possessions (so they wouldn't lose everything). Thank you Melissa. I don't rent a space here but when I came in to inquire about prices and boxes the level of professionalism and customer service I received was above and beyond. Keeley, Melissa and Priscilla are all wonderful and great at what they do. 5 stars ladies.

It was a very pleasant introduction to the storage facility. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit was clean and ready for us to move in. We like the limited access to renters only and that each renter has a unique number for entry.
