Perfect for what we needed at a reasonable price, facility has enough space to accommodate most needs, owners are good people, friendly and thorough with everything.

Worked above and beyond to make sure everything went well.

There was a small issue regarding my parking space. The staff worked very hard to fix the problem and get a new parking space assigned to my vehicle. Super friendly and very apologetic for the initial problem.

We were flying out to a vacation and needed a place to store our RV for a week. The place we had reservations at called the day we were supposed to drop the RV off and fly out called and said they were busy and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let us into the lot. Rather than miss our flight I called around and found Safety Storage. The got the necessary information and emailed me the gate code and lot space. As easy as that we were taken care of.

Although the unit was big enough, I was hoping for it to be climate controlled and that I would have access 24/7. It's not an entirely horrible place. For the price, I guess it's okay. I think there are just better places around.
