Great good service

From the moment I spoke with Shauna at Public Storage I knew I was in the right place. She was welcoming and accommodating. The process was clear and streamlined :)

The assocites were very willing to hear me out first, they called several times to be sure I understood their policy on holding a spot (not). I had to rush down from Ga. To secure a outside spot. The appearance is clean, organized, easily accessible and navigate. I asked about security,lights, cameras, and walk around, etc. I left with total confidence and satisfaction. Great team!!!

I just don't agree with the insurance

The gentleman that took my reservations was very prompt and nice, he did felled a little short explaining all the fees. When I got to the storage office I ended up spending more than I wanted too.

My family is moving to town and needs to find storage. I recommend this location because Tom was helpful with finding the best size for their belongings. He took the time to explain everything to me so I could tell my family members what they needed to do once they arrived. Thank you Tom.

We came in on Saturday to rent a space and the experience was phenomenal. Jennifer did astonishingly well considering the cards she was dealt for the day. We came in to her renting to 2 other customers and waited patiently for our turn. She took the time to pause, greet us with excitement in her face, and let us know she would be with us soon. As we were waiting, a 4th person came in to rent. Jennifer was the only one working and she was non-stop with customers. However, she handled all of us with a smile, was friendly and helpful, and did not rush any of us through anything. She took the time to answer questions, give full explanations, and even to learn a little about each of her customers. Yes, the facility was nice and secure and the pricing was good but, what made me write this review was how Jennifer handled herself that day. If we didn't see the 4 people there to rent ourselves, you would not have known how busy she was. She didn't let it show not a bit and treated us all with the same patience, kindness, friendliness, and respect. Awesome job Jennifer. I think I know who is one of the star employees of Public Storage and if not she should be!

My Father just moved in to town and need a storage unit fast. Jennifer was very helpful and fast and made the whole process run very smooth. Could not have asked for a better place and better service.

The person who took care of was Jennifer. Not only is she pleasant and professional, but she is going out of her way to help me secure the storage needs that are right for me. She is the deciding factor that made me realize I have chosen the right facility. If only more businesses had employees like her.

Easy to understand everything involved.

My experience with public storage was exceptional I was handled professionally and shown options for my storage needs and all went well. However the Lock sales pitch leaves something to be desired.

My reservation was easy to do online. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My unit was clean and dry. Good security and Lighting.

Great people, great clean lication, feels secure & right

The only thing I remember is that the whole office smelled like an astray and I could wait to get out of their.

Terrific. Two story, climate controlled with security. Very professional and courteous front desk person named Edith. I highly recommend this place if you live nearby. Others are less expensive but not as nice or secure.
