Seen a listing for the storage unit in October, and was listed at $45 for 12 months. Well, 6 months in, they're raising my rent by $20. Needless to say, I will not be renting the other 6 months.

Had excellent service on first rental and 2 days later wasn't so nice. One, the manager ask us to leave as we arrived 5 mins to closing and someone else was there before us being waited on. We were told it was 6pm and closed and were ask to vacate office. So my helper called the 800 service line and got us a locker but the price was full price not the special of 50.00 move in for 1st mth, I was charged full price. With a full truck needing storage because my house had flooded and couldn't move in that day. Hoping to be gone before 2nd month billing and won't recommend this location. For my situation I would of thought It would of been considered more so by the manager and being the day after of the 1st rental. Poor business choice.

Jerry and his crew have all been safe, respectful, hard workers and kind. My pictures and China were taken to a smaller unit and the fellows came for my furniture, wrapped everything with care and took all that to my larger unit. The property manager, Holly was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I have never had to rent a storage space in my past so I was a little bit Leery and had a lot of questions. Holly was very kind patient and reassuring. By the time I had signed up and left I felt completely comfortable and that my belongings would be secure. I work in the retail industry myself so customer service is very important to me and I would say that I have higher standards than then most other people do. That being said I would highly recommend public storage and Maggie to any of my friends and family members that had need of storage or had questions and concerns. I had filled out a review also the same day that I moved my my things into the unit as well. I hope that you have access to that so that you can see additional more detail information that I provided.

The situation I'm currently in is so overwhelming I won't bother you with all that. But I had called so many storage places and was either getting the run around or were too expensive. I noticed you guys online and saw there was a spot just for what I needed so I reserved it. The next morning I got a call from Kywanda from the office going into fort pierce, asking if I could go in and take the tour. That was the same day I was moving my things out of my place. When I got there she made sure to welcome me told me step by step what I was going to be paying for. I even purchased a lock and some damp beeds for my unit. She was amazing. She really took the time to make me feel important as a customer.

I thought Holly is a great asset and her helpful and cheerful personality was a big change from my previous experiences with storage facilities. A little disappointed that the front gate has been out of commission for so long. That, and the lack of security cameras throughout the facility (only see two at the front gate) are a little unsettling when I use the storage at night. The facility is nice and clean and seems well maintained (except for the gate).

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Holly is super sweet, very, very knowledgeable about this place. We moved from Tallahassee Florida, and boy I tell you I needed to see her smile.
