Everything was easy to use especially with their app. I do wish that they gave you a map of the facility to help you find your space - that’s my only complaint!

I have worked with other storage facilities this one promises what was asked for and I had to make arrangements over the phone and on-site was unable to view the site prior but I had my fingers crossed and things worked out.

The staff here is extremely friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. They made sure that I was getting the right space for my needs and made the process of securing a unit very simple fast and easy.

Kelly was so sweet and helpful. Even though they didn't have what I needed available, she took the time to search their other locations. She even helped me figure out how to pack my stuff. She was awesome! I'm sorry they didn't have what I needed because I would have rented from her immediately.

Excellent experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting us the unit we needed to store a car during hurricane season. When we checked after Irma, everything was exactly as we left it, no damage or water problems.

Upon moving to this city recently I had to go through dozens of storage places, none of them met my needs and the managers were rude at every turn. As a last resort I decided to try Public Storage, thank you Chris you were incredible in helping me find the perfect climate controlled unit. There should be someone as patient and kind as you at every location, you were wonderful. I'll be recommending this place to everyone.
