I reserved a unit online for occupancy a couple of weeks later. As soon as I had done this Jim called me, from the facility, to go over the rental and discuss my needs to ensure I was totally taken care of. SmartStop were then in touch again to make sure everythig was on track for my move-in date. On the day of occupancy I went to get all the paperwork signed. Jim managed this very efficiently and within 15 minutes I was checking out the unit which was clean and ready for me to start storing my items. From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy and the friendly nature of the staff made it a pleasure to do business with SmartStop. I would happily recommend them to a friend.

Recommend to anyone. Although we live 80 miles from the storage facility, due to the construction. easy of access, cleaness, size and air options, a total package. We will be renting a second unit soon. Please give Jim a raise.

The building is secure and the elevators are large. The pricing is much better than other facilities that I checked. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go wrong! I highly recommend SmartStop Self Storage.
