The price for the unit is good. Indoors is very dirty. Had a hard time finding a cart however they did have a mattress cart. Mattress cart would not fit threw the door with the mattress on it because the other door was welded shut. Defeats the purpose of having the cart. The location of the facility is a bit sketchy as well. Gate pad didn't always register the buttons I was pushing either, made it hard to code in and out. Will only be renting until we can figure out something else.

I thought there was a veteran discount? So far not offered ?

The unit was a great price, considering it was climate controlled. The staff was very prompt, helpful, and friendly. Upon securing my unit, I was told that the gate was broken but would hopefully be fixed soon. When I returned a few hours later, the gate was already taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Staff and service was a great experience.

The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, We found everything to be very clean and secure. Perhaps the most difficult part was the storage was inside which made it a little harder to move than had we chosen an outside unit and the cart we were using had a broken handle.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, a real pleasure to do business with. The facility is well kept and very clean. The equipment is all brand new. I love it !!

Everything was great except for someone running into gate the day before so the gate did not work when I was moving in
