Excellent value but maneuvering in and around the unit is tight due to limited spacing.

The only things that were good about this place was the unit was swept and the staff who helped me find this location was helful and friendly. Unfortunately, the horrible mouse urine smell was over powering in the building, although they have mouse/rat packets in the units, presumably to control the rodents. I had to inform them the gate door continuously opened and closed. It was also warm and muggy in the climate controlled building. I will not be storing my stuff here.

Facility is great, easy access and just what I needed in such a short amount of time.

Could not get gate code to work by calling no one answered it was Sunday

This storage unit is very clean and convinetly located - I was treated very respectful during my registration & hope to have a long term relationship -

Moving from my storage in Destin. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know this place existed, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s super close and convenient to where I live. The unit was swept additionally right in front of me and the lady in charge was very nice. I was paying so much for storage in Destin and it being out of the way, this just makes sense.

When I reserved a space at this facility I was quoted a guaranteed price, upon looking at the space it became clear they are disorganized and unsecured. There are cameras and a gate but the gate leads also allows access to a side road that leads to housing on the back which is accessible from other roads that are ungated. Basically there is a gate in the front but there are other ways to access the unit. Also, many units were left open with trash littering the property. The tenants in the parking stalls for vehicle storage were parking in the spots that I had reserved as well as parking over the lines and cutting into the stall which I would be paying for. I decided to go with the unit anyway because the quoted price was the cheapest and it's conveniently located for me. It seemed "secure enough" for what I was storing. While finalizing the documents over the phone (no office location) I was informed that there was a mandatory insurance charge that wasn't previously disclosed which raised the price. After completing the required documents I was sent the policy for my records which indicated the insurance charge was entirely voluntary and not mandatory as I was told. At the moment I didn't have any better options but I won't be staying with this company long and cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyway else.
