When I made a reservation online a gentleman called me the very next day to schedule when I needed to move in and what size unit I would need. The rest of the process was pretty simple and easy and I got my storage unit by the end of the night and I'm now currently moving things into it. I did have a little problem getting in the gate with my code but getting out was no problem.
