The girl that helped me sign up for the unit was great. She answered all my questions made sure everything was taken care of before she hung up. I couldn't ask for better customer service. The facility and the unit I'm in was very clean. I will definitely recommend.

Overall very clean and easy process. Very hard to hear automated check in when you are at the kiosk. Highly recommend self checking in from their website.
