Pros: Location Web access lock plus old fashion lock (great because you can secure it from web hackers and people with bolt cutters) Clean Price decent compared to other facilities Had availability Cons: a little warm, needs to be colder as mold/mildew can be issues

It's clean the carts are great they're always there for us to play so far have no complaints and the clients at the other storage bins were always nice. I feel safe when I have to go into my unit without my husband I don't feel like somebody's going to sneak up on me and I've rented storage units in the past and when I was walking in on this one I was thinking it's nice on the outside I was expecting the worst but I did not find that I got the best so keep it up Life storage.

I thought I had "reserved" a spot at a different facility, only for them to tell me 3 weeks later that now the price went up $20/month. His words to me were "honey, this is season. The rates go up even if you put your name down ". I then booked online with" Life Storage" it was amazing. Josh called the next day to confirm and so did Cameron. They made me feel very comfortable and I was then sent several emails for setting up the unit, and how the process works. Absolutely amazing!!! When I arrived with my daughter, Cameron walked us through the steps for the app on the phone. I will never rent a storage unit anywhere else in Gainesville.

My storage unit was easy to find and access. The facility smells clean and fresh and I know my stuff are in good hands. Great experience overall.

The facility is clean, the price is fair, customer service is also helpful. However, it took us almost 45 minutes to complete the paperwork. There should be another way to complete the paperwork before coming into the office. Technology up-to-date

Very clean and new facility with climate control. Partially solar powered. Not many road access but if you don't have very large objects, the elevator is plenty with many loading carts available to move your items.

I was surprised at how user friendly the Smart Storage app was to help navigate us through the entire process until we safely reached out storage unit. The facility was very clean. It only took us 10-15 minutes to store our belongings in our unit. Super efficient!

From the moment I called to inquire about the unit to the Moment I received the keys to my unit, the customer service was impeccable. I appreciate the care and attention to detail. I was assisted by the assistant manager. He was very patient and was sure to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this location. Plus the facility looks brand new!
