The biggest issue I had was that no one gave me a tour of the site and I had no idea how to find my unit. I was out there for over a half an hour with a full uhaul truck, in the rain trying to find my unit. I do like the cleanliness and the fact that my unit is inside and climate controlled. But, I also had no idea how to get out of the gate because there is no code box from the inside so I drove down and had to back out of several lanes trying to find how to get out. This all could have been avoided with a tour of the site.

It was not a good experience at all . The final contract , which I was not made aware of, required an e signature. My son got to your gate and could not gain entry because the contract was not signed. I could not sign something I did not receive. He waited while I contacted your office, a young lady, not Andreana, stumbled through sending the contract not once but twice and it still did not come through. My third call Andreana answered & another round of hoops ensued which all could have been avoided if I had only received the contract the same day I secured the unit. It was a difficult experience and because of this I cannot recommend your company.

Great and very responsive and caring on-site managers but the virtual managers while they are nice are a pain to use and takes oodles of times as sometime they asked for me to wait over 7 minutes for one while the store was empty and I was the only one there. Aside for this inconvenience, it was a good service.

This facility is great, clean, safe, very helpful staff. However, the contract says they “may” raise your rates every six months. Mine has been raised every possible time since I moved my stuff in. It has increased more than $150 a month. I live very close by and it is super convenient so I haven’t left yet, but if I had realized they would constantly raise the price, I wouldn’t have ever come here. My last storage place on Archer rd charged $220. I am currently paying more than $400 a month for the same size, climate controlled place.

I went to look for information since it was the first time that i rented a storage. .The young man in which he was in the office, has no interest in his work. I had to ask him several question and demand that he show me the unit. One of the comments to me was that it made no difference if he taught me the unit !!

I love the facility and everyone staffed seems friendly. However they were supposed to invoice me 50% off first two months and instead invoiced me 100% for the second month. I paid the 50% thinking it was an error they would resolve. I then emailed and called to point out the invoicing error. I thought everything was getting worked out, but when I went to the unit the same night as emailing and calling I found the unit was locked by midgard and I cannot get into it. Hopefully they Will resolve this, but even if they do I would not in good conscience recommend a place that would lock someone out of their things with no notice. Even having conversations with them that day and thinking all was good with never a mention of being locked out.

Trust me I know, Midgard is truly the best storage facility in Gainesville! I've had several storage units in Gainesville and Midgard beats them all by location, (very easy access), cleanliness and customer service. Heather (manager) is the best! She is very knowledgable in all things moving and storing and goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her customers. If you have a problem, question or concern, Heather will take care of you! If you are looking for a safe area with clean storage units and knowledgeable staff, look no further than Midgard in Newberry! And their brand new climate-controlled units are awesome!

Midgard Newberry storage is a nice facility with excellent staff; however, it was not what I was looking for as a student at the University of Florida. I messed up and did not do my research and I went with them as the first thing I searched. For a student at UF I would recommend some place closer and it may be cheaper. I went in thinking the 5X5 unit would cost me $80 and I ended up spending $140. If you are looking for storage unit in the Newberry area it is a great place with great customer service, but like I said I would recommend other storage units to UF students. To sum up great storage unit facility for anyone not a UF student. If you have no closer options as a UF student it is good quality.

The facility is nice / thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy access to your unit, but reserving the space online was confusing. I was given the wrong price and ended up having to pay way more than what was listed online (Sparefoot). But the staff were very helpful.

I rented a 5x10 unit and I was afraid it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to fit everything, but it was a great size for me plus 2 roommates (no furniture) because the ceiling was very high!
