About Porterfield Mini Storage
Located off 13th Street (HWY 441) just south of 53rd Ave in the northern Gainesville city limits. Units are rented on a first come first served, a credit card will hold a reservation Family-owned, safe, and secure facility featuring both climate and non-climate controlled units. 24 hour access is available upon request. Business owners: you can acquire more office space by storing your surplus of records in our climate controlled facility. We will need to speak with you prior to your move in to assure your unit is ready upon your arrival. Allow us 48 hours to respond to any reservations made. We look forward to serving you **Due to high demand we can only guarantee rates and availability for 7 days, though we will do everything possible to honor all reservations (availability permitting). Please book your unit within 7 days of your storage need. Thanks

Had to move quickly bc toxic black mold caused from Hurricane Milton & water damage was so toxic it made me & my cats very sick. Two of my cats died from black mold poisoning. Rented me a 10x20 for less than normal price bc I was in a bed situation. Thank you. Г°ЕёЛњЕЅ

I didn't get to utilize their facility. However as soon as they realized they forget to go online and mark that they were completely full they immediately called me . They apologized and were courteous and let me know I'd need to make other arrangements. I was very appreciative as I was driving fifteen hours to get there.

After reserving my unit I was told there were no more units left of that size, and I was upgraded for no extra charge to a unit that was twice as big! I was also given a 10% off discount for paying my rent costs upfront! All around very convenient and I would recommend them to anyone!

Clean units at the cheapest price I could find in Gainesville. The location is a little farther from campus than other places but definitely worth it. It is very convenient that all units are on the ground floor and you can drive up to each unit.
