Didn't waste my time with a long drawn out application. The complex is out in the open on busy roads so with high exposure guaranteed to be secure. In a city that will charge you that extra dollar, just because of the university, to have a business that will offer these units for not only a great introductory price but affordable monthly rent after the party was over, is almost unheard of.
