The move in was easy. Enrolled online went into the office paid for the unit ,got my keys, simple as 0ne two three.

The units and grounds where very clean and well maintained

Quick setup, professional assistance

Efficient in getting me into the storage space, and explaining the rental process and payments.

Large storage unit, clean; only negative - no light inside it and front gate is still broken.

My unit is a 5x5 and I knew it would be small. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect much, especially since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s $20 month. I was still disappointed to find out I have to climb a step ladder to get to my unit. That should have been in the description along with a picture of the plywood board unit. It does its job holding my stuff so overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m content with it.

4x4's description should be updated to mention it is only 4' tall as well. Caused some confusion at move in, but staff got me a bigger unit quickly and for a good price, so good recovery.

The storage facility is well equipped. The employees were friendly and overall knowledgeable. The only bad part of my experience was that I was in contact with the manager days before moving in but then on move-in day, I was unable to reach her and I had to sort out my situation through the use of the call center they have. Other than that, good experience.

Great facilities but they did not have enough employees for both locations so I had to wait for them to come to my location

Price is pretty good, they have A/C rooms for dirt cheap, and staff was real nice and doing there best during these stressful times.

I chose cheap over easily accessible. An upstairs unit is challenging, but I was very grateful to have the cheap option. The manager was friendly and professional.

Storquest offered the most storage space for the lowest price around. The manager, Kimberly, was a sweetheart who answered all our questions and even stayed later so that we could complete our move into the storage unit. I would highly recommend this storage facility for all your storing needs!

It was ok. The people are great, but facilities need a major upgrade. There wre rats and roaches and everuthing is outdated on the units. Prices are insanely high also.

I would recommend to friends, I felt good about leaving my things, they provided me a lock for $6 with two keys. I got a 5x5, an upper level unit and it also gets air conditioning they don't advertise.

I had a great experience picking out a storage unit. The process was very quick and easy. The storage unit we rented was not swept before our move in as promised, but that was the only thing that wasn't done

Straight forward move in process. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have rated it 5 stars for value if they didn't charge an unnecessary $20 admin fee. All together it feels like a convenient and secure place to store some things that won't fit in the house.

I thought the place was nice and affordable

The staff at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. They made helped me make a decision on which unit to get and even showed it to me before I signed/payed for anything. The rates are some of the most reasonable in the Gainesville-UF area. My move in was also very quick! The unit I rented allowed me to park my car right next to it, making the move-in convenient and great!

I would have been willing to rate this facility higher, but I feel their description of units leaves a little to be desired. I rented what was listed as an upstairs unit accessible via stairs. I found this to be a little deceiving. What they considered stairs was nothing more than a glorified ladder on wheels. Of course they offered to switch you to a downstairs unit at more than double the cost. Outside of the "stairs" issue, the staff is friendly, property is secure, and the unit was clean.

I have an "upstairs" unit at a lower rate, however it should be made clear on the phone and upon first inquiry that "upstairs" means there's one unit stacked on top of another, and you have to use a rolling metal staircase/ladder to hoist your belongings up.

The process was easy and quick. The people there were very patient and helpful.

I was moving out of my apartment and greatly underestimated how much stuff I had. I decided to look into storage facilities and needed storage space that day. Many other places cost so much money to store things and I'm a college student so I don't really have a lot of money. I heard about StorQuest from a friend and since it was the cheapest option, reserved a storage space. I got to StorQuest the second that the associate inside was about to go for lunch, but she delayed her lunch to help me. Great price, great space, and great customer service. 5/5.

Glad I choose this facility, very convenient. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. Moved all my items in after 5 minute paperwork. Security cameras and systems let me know my belongs are safe .

The staff were courteous & accommodating. They drove us in a golf cart out to see the unit before we signed the lease and suggested we get a lower unit for convenience. Very satisfied with the facilty so far.
