StorQuest - Gainesville/SW Archer

I am moving up to Gainesville and selected StorQuest for my storage needs. Based on some misleading information advertised on selfstorage.com, I thought the facility was 24 hours and planned my trip when that in mind. I called support for a separate issue and then found out that the facility was not 24 hours and that access closed at 10 PM, according to selfstorage. I was on track to arrive at 10 PM and called the facility itself to let them know. I then find out from Kimberly at StorQuest that they actually close at 9PM, which ruined my plans for that day because I would not make it by 9 PM. Kimberly was willing to come back out at 8 PM, after her office hours (the office closes at 6), to open for me to be able to move my stuff in. I didn't make it that night but the next morning I moved in without issue and Kimberly offered white glove service and offered me a free lock after the issue I had with the wrong information provided by selfstorage.com. I am more than happy with StorQuest and Kimberly and would gladly choose her site again for my storage needs

Kimberly was very helpful as I was looking for a new storage space for my camper. Even received a senior discount! Place appears clean and well kept with good security.

The area was clean however the price went higher in person. The manager there was doing too many jobs for one person had to although I had an reservation

Kim was very helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions. She explained in detail how everything worked, and even did a physical walk through with me to show how I would enter the facility. The facility was very clean and looked nice. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes to sign. I will definitely recommend StorQuest to any friends looking for a storage unit.

Very clean. The price is high for such a small unit. Management will not do any specials like the other storage facilities in the area and won't give any discounts at all. Disappointed in the price.

We drove up from South Florida as the prices are getting so high in our area. We looked on spare foot and found a this place in Gainesville very close to the main highway, it looked new so we booked it. We got serval calls to confirm our move in date and to also check that we didn't need any further assistance before the move in. On the date of move in Kimberly helped us get to our unit, explained all the important details very clearly, and made the move in as effortless as possible. The facility looks brand new ad was very clean. Before we started moving into our unit I swept but really didn't need to as it was spic and span. We also noticed they had spaces available for Vehicles and even a container. Loved the experience with Storquest looking forward to our relationship!

I had a wonderful experience with StorQuest. I would and WILL recommend to my friends and family. Kim is a shining example of customer service. If there were more people like her, the world would be a better place! I cannot give this place enough stars. WILL be coming back !

Great and easy service Able to all over the phone remotely from MN for my son who had to quickly leave UF and head home! My son was able to quickly move in without any issues!

Was going to use a unit across town but came to this facility and was blown away. Customer service sealed the deal. Gave me a great deal for the nicest storage facility in Gainesville.

We were in a pinch for a place to store my son's car at UF. The folks, especially Brandy, were so helpful and understanding. The communication was awesome. Brandy went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly dropping off the car. We are always so quick to criticize - so I want to make sure we spread the word. This is a great company! Highly-recommended!

Location is perfect, staff courteous helpful and tentative. The environment is very well kept and clean. Very secure. The only thing I could recommend would be 24 hour access.

Great facilities. The access hours have changed to 10am-5pm so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit limiting. Also thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no enough elevators and carts.

Associate that assisted me was not thorough in explaining the contract and and very distracted.

the staff is more than willing to help with anything to make your move easier. they helped us stack a few things very friendly and willingly. the facility is brand new so everything is very clean. they had a few problems with the elevator but fixed it immediately!

Staff were very approachable and understanding as we toured multiple unit sizes, and even applied the discount to the larger size unit - with no obligation for a second month! They explained every part of the move-in and move-out process and made me feel confident and prepared. Everything was gleaming white since the facility is brand new.

Very easy access to the facility and layout is vehicle friendly. Due to limited access once inside the gate, parking to on/off load can be an issue depending on the consideration of others (often poor). Bring your own 2 wheeler; again due to the lack of consideration by other renters. The locking devices are a scam. You have to pay $20 for a lock (can't use your own) and the lock is not returnable or usable again since it is a specialty for the latches on the units. They don't have a master key (good thing). Lose the key and it's $20 to remove the old one plus $20 more for a new one. You have to purchase their insurance instead of having to provide proof of insurance. $12 a month minimum. On a positive note, the facility is clean and the climate control seems to work well. The staff is polite and cordial. They were willing to help in any way they could.

All of the staff, especially Cris, was helpful and friendly. Location is nice, and the unit itself is modern and new.

Brand new facility. Great move in experience. We could not have hoped for nicer staff or a better facility. Close to UF Campus and hospital complex. All a great value.

Nick, the manager is one of the best. He quickly processed us, showed us exactly where to park and had us on our way in minimal time. He knew the system and was expedient in using it. Thanks for the good service.

Facility is clean and organized but customer service wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the greatest. I was refused service while the store was still open and needed the help of a family member in order to convince employees to give me a storage unit.
