ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT IN MY UNIT THERE IS SOMETHING LIKE SAND ON ONE SIDE NEXT TO WALL THAT FACES OUTSIDE AND LOTS OF TINY DEAD ANTS---WONDERING IF THIS IS ISSUE THAT WILL BE ONGOING AS NO ONE MENTIONED THIS ISSUE TO ME WHEN GAVE ME THIS UNIT

Paid online for immediate access to unit but access was delayed one day due to lock that required a separate code that didn't work, so,, had to re-load HHG and return next day (80mi RT) after Mgr removed lock. Otherwise, move-in went smoothly and unit was clean.

I did not rate the facility higher because of the confusion with location. The facility is aware of this problem and could have contacted new customers with the correct info but rather let us flounder about in a completely different area 24 miles away! Once I did arrive at the facility, I was pleasantly surprised.

They have the lowest overall price for a unit a little bigger than I was quoted over 120 dollars at numerous other facilities. The manager Jenn was helpful, courteous, helpful, and an overall delight to have help me. She even showed me where my unit was by having me follow her to it. Great prices and great experience
