I was a little surprised to open up a letter saying that my rate for my tiny storage unit was going from $65 a month to $90 a month. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t plan on keeping it past the new year but this is ridiculous. I could see a five or 10 Dollar raise but not 25 I shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been warned prior That this was a possibility. It would cost me more to have it moved, so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m stuck paying the extra $25 until I could move it.

Quite easy and surprisingly pleasant process during such a stressful time. Their customer service was top notch! The woman was so friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and the whole renting process went smoothly. The storage space was affordable and is protected by a coded gate that has 24 hour availability so you have access anytime, The 1st month was free too! i strongly recommend this business.

Happy with the storage parking for my RV. I don't move the RV often but when I do its typically for several months. The site was originally sold to me as a "pull through" so when I move the RV for a long period of time I'm always concerned that I will return to find something blocking my pull through access. Happily, that has never happened. The area is always clean and so far seems well monitored for security etc.

I have been here since opening and have found it to be well run and accessible. I am particularly pleased that they have a paved option. Not only is the facility manager efficient and out going but most of the other folks using the facility seem to be friendly and helpful as well. It doesn't hurt too that the access roads are great and the facility is less than ten minutes from my house.

I have used storage facilities in the past that ended up being a waste of money. Poor security, inadequate lighting and no customer service. The Experience with Affordable Secure Storage-Backyard had been spectacular! Great security, wonderful lighting and exceptional customer service. The best around!!!

Bob in the office is always friendly and easy to deal with, the facility is always clean and well maintained and I have no complaints, other than gutters would be nice on rainy days but I know that costs more money so we can deal with it.

I use the paved storage area for my fifth wheel trailer. The area is fenced, gated, and well lit. There is an attendant there during the day. The attendant is very pleasant and patrols the facility when he is there. The paved part is nice although it is a little tight backing into my space. I would recommend this storage facility.

I have been with this storage company for 2 years and have enjoyed the convience and the fact that it is always clean around the area. Customer service is great. If I have a complaint it would be the fact that my location #33 has a very narrow passage way which allows only one vehicle to pass through. I have been wanting to move over to the other side of the building where there is more room but have been told none was available.
