Public Storage - Hialeah - 7930 W 20th Ave

It has no light, it is missing all the internal walls, the only one it has on the right side is broken in half, it does not have an electrical outlet which is necessary. They should check everything and fix it before handing over the units.

We had a little mixup concerning the time of our first in person meeting to do the paperwork, but it was just a mis-communication. Carolina was most helpful, professional and thorough in her explanations of the process. I appreciated it very much.

We just rented a storage unit and we had the pleasure of being attended by Carolina, who was very professional, helpful and, above all, very friendly. She explained everything to us in detail, we loved her attention to us.

The employees are very nice and well manner... But how can you guys only have the option of taking your things up an elevator, and if the elevator stops working I'm stuck... Can't pick up my stuff and can't leave what I was bringing.
