Excellent experience. Norberto (Not exactly sure if that's spelled correctly) was kind, professional, and very informative. Walked me through the whole process. Service was excellent and fast. Facility could use some updating as well as having dollies available though. Other than that I have no complaints, happy with the prices, and enjoyed the overall experience. I want to start this review by saying that my stay at this location in Medley has been great. The two managers there are so helpful and I can't say more good things about them. Nolberto and Lourdes are great to deal with and really do help you find a great space for a good price. Whether it's in their store or one of their other locations they will help you find a great price unit.

I wanted to get on here so others can read my experience here at my location. The location is great pretty safe next to the police department. The storage facility is very clean and the best of all is the people that work there. They are always so nice and friendly with me and helpful. Lourdes and Nolberto at the storage in Medley, thank you so much.

I was not completely happy in that my ideal size wasn't available, and because the online information hides a significant amount of charges, effectively doubling charges, but the service was without any fault, and in the end I am content enough. A little extra cost is worth it for the peace of mind.

to avoid building inside the storage space rented, the storage space could have some fold down shelving and bars to hook onto in the ceiling.
