Public Storage - Miami Gardens - 18400 NW 57th Ave

Elevator broken for 2 days made several phone calls to management only to talk with the ROBOT!Left messages no response from management.

One of the Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. While the other...was the opposite, rude and sounded like she was making us a favor. She would not show me the unit I had reserved and travel 45 minutes to inspect before I sign the documents on the 15th of April. One other thing, they leave for long periods and no is at the front desk to attend the desk needs or karts for moving. Had many delays moving in! Needs improvement. Thank you!

Everything was fine everything was so perfect I appreciate your help your service was excellent your agent with excellent everything was tip top shape thank you again and I will be going there and I will be basically telling my friends about Public Storage

I have been a customer at this location for 2 1/2 years and can't say enough about the staff. The site is always clean, well kept and lit. I would especially like to commend Celia and Yanelis. They always greet their customers with a smile and go out of their way to make the customer feel at ease. Highly recommended!!!

My customer service rep was Marcus and he was very professional, polite and Understanding. he helped me and my husband pick out the Right Storage for our needs and accommodations. the facility was clean an excellent security.I would definitely send other people to the storage area.

Even though the ladies from customer service were very friendly and helpful, it was the experience after office hours that I didn't like. Specifically, the fact that I couldn't find a single cart to carry my boxes from the car to the storage. I had to push and drag my boxes around from the ground floor and all the way back in the second floor, making my moving in experience very long and tiresome. This could have been prevented.

Staff has excellent customer service and storage facility is in perfect condition keep up the good work! !

Can't beat $1 special, I enjoy the fact that it is an air conditioned facility, and the staff is very friendly! I would like more carts to be available at all times...
