Elevator broken for 2 days made several phone calls to management only to talk with the ROBOT!Left messages no response from management.

One of the Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. While the other...was the opposite, rude and sounded like she was making us a favor. She would not show me the unit I had reserved and travel 45 minutes to inspect before I sign the documents on the 15th of April. One other thing, they leave for long periods and no is at the front desk to attend the desk needs or karts for moving. Had many delays moving in! Needs improvement. Thank you!

I have been a customer at this location for 2 1/2 years and can't say enough about the staff. The site is always clean, well kept and lit. I would especially like to commend Celia and Yanelis. They always greet their customers with a smile and go out of their way to make the customer feel at ease. Highly recommended!!!

Even though the ladies from customer service were very friendly and helpful, it was the experience after office hours that I didn't like. Specifically, the fact that I couldn't find a single cart to carry my boxes from the car to the storage. I had to push and drag my boxes around from the ground floor and all the way back in the second floor, making my moving in experience very long and tiresome. This could have been prevented.
