Kino, the agent was very good. Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Minor hiccups in the reservation process. Was supposed to be contactless but I still needed to go into the office due to not having a lock for the unit. The lock was supposed to be left in the unit but there was none there. The staff was very helpful and friendly which was a plus, but the facility itself appears to be a bit rundown. Also didn't like the limited access hours for the facility but I was aware prior to reserving.

Great employees make a business great. Nick, hopefully i didn't get the name wrong, was extremely helpful, nothing was difficult. He helped me understand what i needed to know.Nick walked me threw it all, I didn't get a chance to work with the others but the were professional, and friendly also. Its not my first time or last time using ur company. That day was difficult for me, I'm glad to say I felt my belongings will be secure at ur facility. So I'm resting easy.Thanks. (salute to Nick)

Nice front desk guy. Was able to sign up for unit quickly. Unit was very affordable (I checked online first and it was the best priced in the area). Glad to clear some space in my house.
