I chose this facility as I am a student and also on a budget. Overall, the storage unit and facility are both very clean and safe. They pointed out the numerous security cameras installed throughout the property which was reassuring. The sign-up was easy with little to no hassle.

Antwon was amazing. I reserved online. He was awaiting my arrival, paperwork, etc done less than 10 minutes. Extremely clean and efficient.

I could not make it to do the paper work. The rep was friendly and I was able to get it done via email. I was able to get a storage room.

I shopped around for four days trying to find a good storage with good pricing. When I come across this place I thought the prices was a miss print. So I rode over to find that the prices was real , the place was nice and clean and a/c . My advice to any one looking for a storage and good prices Top Self Storage is the place to go. I enjoyed the level of customer service. They were consistently helpful. However, the prices were a bit high and i was very surprised there was no dumpster. I felt like everything was in a very safe, secure, and clean environment.

The staff (Antwone spelling?) was very professional and helpful in getting us set up in a unit. He knows the property very well and explained how the contract works in detail. It is convenient to get in and out of with easy access to your unit. My wife and I feel safe in the area. They are currently doing some property upgrades to improve the appearance. Highly recommended!

This place just came under new management and he's awesome! They're under construction but he's making the place much better and he is super friendly and very helpful. Plus the price is great and beats out a lot of the competitor's around the area. I recommend this to anyone looking for a storage.

location not central but easy to reach via major highways I felt the price was right and fair for my needs (smaller 3x4 unit) I felt secure in the area the employees were all friendly, patient and helpful I felt the place was clean enough

Arrived for my move in and was immediately shown two different size units to decide from. Moved in my stuff and returned to the main office. Signed paperwork, paid in full for a year, and out the door in less than 10 mins. Perfect.

Place is clean but no climate control. Gate broken so couldn't get in over weekend but has been fixed. Attendant friendly and helpful. Overall, place is decent and good value for the money

I first went to see the facility on Saturday and returned on Sunday just before 3pm, the time facility closes, to complete paperwork and occupy rented unit . In spite of my arrival time, the attendant was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease, rather than rushed; great customer service.
