I was able to resolve my storage needs with the kind and effective assistance from www.sparefoot.com. The customer service rep at the storage depot was equally kind and effective and pricing was reasonable for the rental space, along with lighting, access, security, insurance, and cleanliness.

Easy access, nice space and it is prefect for me

The website was easy to access and fileing lease aggreement was simple and easy to submit. At the storage site, the manager Bonnie, was very helpful, escorted me to my storage room and briefed me about the facility. The manager was both friendly and professional...good job Bonnie.

Nicole the property manager was a delight to work with. She made what I thought would be a complicated process simple and quick. The inside a/c unit I rented was spotless, well lit and completely safe and secure.

Overall good customer service however, I had to pay for insurance on my stuff and asked why must I pay for insurance if I don't want it? We should have the option to get insurance or sign a form declining the insurance. We'll, after I paid the customer service person said I can bring in my home insurance declaration page. Why did she not mention this prior to being obligated to pay? They also have locks at a much higher price then your told you get a 25% off. They are still overpriced. There was a bunch of screws in front of my storage area but were removed promptly before my next return. That pretty much sums up my review.

Excellent all around. The spacing to drive in was a little tight with a 26 foot truck but that was the only downside.

Had no issues. Everything went smooth. They even have a can you can use for free, was too small for what I needed but if you only have a few things it would be great

surprise was the insurance that was mandatory. this insurance requirement is not communicated until your check in date - could be an offset to your budget as it is an added additional expense. worse part is that it does not cover your own content - ???? not happy at the explanation provided, why would one pay for insurance of the property as mandatory

Robert is very knowledgeable & made this troublesome transition smooth & easier than I thought. In fact, I will be renting an additional unit for our overflow items. I popped into the office & jokingly asked...if a discount came with a quantity number of storage units. I left the office smiling.

This was an emergency move situation and I don't live in the area. Lettie was in constant contact with me and oversaw the movers unloading into storage, and took pictures for me and forwarded to my phone. I will highly recommend this location of Uncle Bob's Storage!

The Price that was given to me over the price and the actual price given at the site were different. Once at the location I was given a higher quote!
