At the office I met Mr. Franklin. He made my check-in nice and smooth. Mr. Franklin was very kind courteous and a true professional at what he does. I recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of a storage just the Customer Service did it for me and I know it would for you too.

I had some problems with my code if they could have told me a star goes in front and a pound at the end that would have been more helpful.

Frank was amazing. Stayed late for me to accommodate my schedule and got me in and out within 30 mins. Brought me directly to my unit, showed me how to work everything and gave me the best price for me ! Genuinely felt like he was there to help me get the best price. Also, he was very respectful and professional !

I set my account up online and had a reservation day, couldn't make it they understood. Got a new day,go find out it was more then I was quoted online. That's why I suggest you go into the office and set it up so you know exactly what cost what and service fee's. I store my stuff here because it's 5 minutes from my Apt.

Tonya was very nice and explain the process very well. She is very knowledgeable, she allows you see the unit and answers any questions you may have.

The space is perefect, i could do all paperwork on line an received the code to enter and the storage number assigned.

Sparefoot was great on referring me to Life Storage and then when I spoke with LaTonya over the phone I was convinced on taking my unit. LaTonya was very patient with me as I addressed my many concerns and has so far made this part of my move painless. I've worked in high end storage in CT and have rented many units in my life. Life Storage has the same amenities as high end storage places do and a very pleasant and helpful team.

Latonya is the best if you come to this Storage ask for her...

It was the easiest check in to a storage warehouse I have ever had. The truck to move my stuff was free. The staff treated e as if I was their mother moving. AMAZING💖

Place was clean and truck was ready on time.

Rented a 10 x 10 ft. unit, which actually measured 8" x 9' 3", which I was not at all happy about. When I addressed this discrepancy with the attendant there (Gustavo), he said: "They all vary in size a little bit". What ? To me "a little bit" would mean a few inches (at most), not 2 ft. & 9 inches. Very unhappy about False Advertising & lack of attempting to accomodate my needs better as a paying customer ! Hopefully I will not have storage needs in the future (1st time 4 me).

I thought I had reserved the free truck only to find out that I had to wait until 5 o'clock to move. thank goodness I didn't have very much because I've got condo rules that apply to me. other than that the service facility and individual storage for me was good.

The units viewed was very clean. The facility overall was clean. Access to unit is very good.

I had a storage space at UNCLE BOB's for two months. The first month they gave me half off and the second, since I moved to a smaller space, they gave me another deal. Chad, the manager was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He tried very hard to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I moved out of Uncle Bob's because I wanted a space closer to my house, in a safer neighborhood and climate controlled. I did find one at the same price I was going to pay at Uncle Bob's and it had what I wanted. They have security cameras and lights at UNCLE BOB's, but I still felt a little nervous about being there at night. There were no roaches or rats in my space either. I will continue to be thankful for the kindness that Chad showed me during my short time at UNCLE BOB's.

Having a secure lock on the unit I rented, I seldom went to Uncle Bob's. Just before Xmas 2012, I went over to retrieve some Xmas items only to find my lock had been spray painted shut in their efforts to paint the doors to each unit. The manager (Chad) offered to use his bolt cutters for $25 to open the unit. Additionally, everything was cockroach infested with rat droppings on the floor of the unit. When this was brought to the manager's attention he suggested my lock was "rusted" (it was clearly spray painted yellow). He did offer another unit but I'm not into cockroaches and rats.

They were very nice and helpful. I had to end up getting two units. First was on sp3cial, second was a little pricey.
