Public Storage - Hollywood - 851 Knights Rd

Everyone from the call center to the manager were very nice, however, I did not get a 1st floor storage as I requested and was told it was! Also, while not big difference the insurance was approx $4.00 more than I was told.

I just wish the gate was 24 hrs to access my things I work late

Shannon was very urgent with helping me find the perfect storage unit for my belongings and her customer service is through the ruff. Thank you for being so amazing I will most definitely rent again.

Getting this unit was a breeze from beginning to end. Customer service was friendly and everything went as planned. Very affordable and easily accessible. That's just what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect!

No security cameras, every other place I checked had cameras. Rented due to location and cost.

Excellent customer service provided by Geralyn .. she walked in the rain and showed me the outside storage unit, explained everything to me and assured I had everything I needed once I purchased the storage unit.

Shay was amazing and helpful. I loved the interaction between her and me. If I decided to move back into Miami will definitely come back just for her service.

Shay was more than helpful. We came in last minute to get things out of our storage for the hurricane but had lost our key. She contacted the property manager to come in and help us cut the lock same day. Thank you, Shay!

Great service! Only concern - the humidity inside the unit

I have to give this public storage a full five stars. I had an issue with my storageand the lovely Denise and Destiny helped me out tremendously. If you need storage space this is the place to go!

When I initially called in for information on renting a unit, the customer service representative immediately made me aware of an in-store promotion that would save me $100 and give me a larger unit than I was looking at renting. This level of customer service continued at the first location I visited. When I wasn't fully satisfied with the units available at this location the manager referred me to another location not too far away which had units available that satisfied all my needs. I later visited the second location and found the perfect storage unit for me. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to use Public Storage and would recommend their services to anyone looking for affordable, quick & easy storage! The rentals are month-to-month with no commitments and various in-store promotions to make your rental even cheaper. The units are spacious, dry and very secure. The on site staff is very helpful and there are moving supplies for sale in the office to help you keep your items safe and clean.

The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was great. Kelly helped me get what I needed in storage space due to my needs and also recommended things that were helpful to the safety of my belongings. She was comforting as we waited for the computer system to refresh. The process took a little longer than expected but overall wonderful experience. I would recommend to others. Thanks.
