Good location, customer service and fair price. Highly recommended.

The Public Storage at this location was clean and cool inside. It was a bit busy and the parking/loading area which made it a little difficult to get in and out. Otherwise, nice, new facility.

This is my first time using a climate control storage and I'm feeling real good about the unit, the area and the facility I chose. I would highly recommend this particular facility to others interested in getting a storage unit.

I got a good web pricing for my 10x15 unit. The facility is huge with lots of storage units. Clean , great air conditioning, well lit and well laid out. The parking lot however is very small for the size of the facility and it could be a hassle moving in if you are not there early AM. The manager was accommodating with our pod being dropped off and picked up same day. The staff onsite is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I moved on Thursday 8/18/2022 at 11.30 am. In the mobile app I had a message "Access Denied" and that I had to "talk to the location manager to learn why". The issue was that in the office, there was another message saying that it was closed up to 12.45 pm, and sorry for any inconvenience. I called and left a message in the voice box. After that, I texted by sms and the clerk (Keith) requested me the last four digits of my car license. But I had not delivered this information when I hired the service, so she was not able to help me. So I had to wait up to 12.45 pm, when the manager open the office. Long story short, I had to pay an extra hour to the mover. So, I would like that this amount ($ 90) is reimbursed. Once the access was allowed, all was excellent.

Our move in truck several hours more than anticipated because of all the security measures with punching in a code to get up and down in the elevator and the fact that the elevators are so slow and people block them open. Also be facility doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have enough parts to handle the number of people who live in and out. We came on a weekday and I did not think it was going to be as busy. But apparently itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just busy every single day.

Great new multi-floor storage facility in western Pines/Hollywood area. You can “smell” the newness and the rates were the best we’ve found in SoFL. Staff was efficient. There are LOTS of folks moving in so there is “heavier than usual” traffic.

Pricing great, paperwork quick, staff very friendly and facility very clean.
