Very good customer service at this location. A associate I don't remember his name but i had a couple more things to load in my inside unit before it close and he waited patiently for me to finish and was very polite.

Wonderful and polite staff. Clean facility and easy to find location. Update: be warned...your monthly rate will be raised within a few months of moving in. Scam alert.

I think you should be more upfront (on the web site) about the required extra costs -- lock & insurance.

The staff was as friendly, helpful and thorough as could be. The facility is perfect for our needs and conveniently located. I anticipate a long and stress free rental with Public Storage and would not hesitate to fully endorse this company to anyone needing such services.

The lady who took care of me was very nice & helpful. Place was clean and well kept. Close to home. That is the 5 star for on the pros. The price of unit is pricey. Was told prices are raised after 5 months, then good for 1 year. This is terrible as we might have to move to a different size unit or another storage place completely. There should be contracts available. The lady had just put the unit through for rent and I realized I should have put it in husband's name. It was like 2 seconds after. She said sorry can't do that. That is stupid and the name on account should be able to be changed without cancelling. Wasn't told about the added insurance that is NOT an option and should be. Another rip off but I am sure all places charge it. I do like the reputation your company has just wanted to give my likes and dislikes. Having a contract giving people peace of mind for xx amt of time would maybe generate more business and less shopping around as rates go higher .Overall satisfied.
