Customer service was excellent so far as well as the price and size of the unit. My only qualm is that it seems that every time I visit my storage unit the lights are off or turn off while I am there. It is very difficult to function in the dark!

The day i moved in the system was down across the board. They were proactive and considerate of my time. They even helped me find another truck due to the original being down due to the outage. I appreciate the great service and even better rate.

The facility was very clean and my agent was super friendly. The day of my move the system was down company wide but they were still professional helping me as much as their system allowed. They also recommended truck rentals to expedite our move in.

From the start Keri was receptive and helpful! She was kind, patient and very helpful! And Heidi as well they both treated us as valued customers. Very satisfied!
