I have never used a storage locker before. This place was amazing! Super clean! Customer service is fantastic! Lisa the property manager is personable and understanding. Dina handled my registration and explained the directions. Each time I came to bring a new load of stuff over, it was easy and convenient.

From my first phone interaction with Lisa to meeting her in person. Everything was wonderful. Lisa was very pleasant and professional. The facilities were nice and clean. Lisa informed me that she is available whenever needed. The paper work process was fast and easy. Lisa is highly effective and efficient.

The phone reservation lady Lindy found this facility for me. The 10x10 unit was within my price range. The facility is climate controlled, immaculately clean, has ample parking, has a truck bay with an entrance door right under the roof for easy loading and unloading in bad weather. Dina, the Assistant Property Manager, handled my check-in discounted reservation quickly, painlessly and efficiently. This facility has their own special, secure locking system for each unit. They sell the locks right in the office. Lisa, the Head Property Manager, was extremely helpful when I brought my first load of belongings to leave in my clean unit. I am thrilled with this ValueStore location and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Although this was the closest and most convenient storage facility near my home, I ran around for a month looking at should I say less attractive locations which I believed would be less expensive. The day after Thanksgiving, and moving the following Saturday, I popped in to compare pricing. The place is GORGEOUS...for a storage. Very clean, temperature controlled, great hours, easy to acess, secure, reasonably-priced, and Friendly customer service. Walked through and booked within minutes. Thank you Dena!

I have 2 units and I recommend this place for 2 reasons: 1.The whole facilities are very clean. 2. Lisa (property manager) is a great employee. She always very helpful.

I never rented storage and went to Public Storage first for advertising. And it was very dirty and expensive. I searched the internet and found yours. I was struck by the cleanliness and good condition of the building. The employees were very friendly, they took me to see my place before renting it, with the paperwork...everything was fast. If I had a bathroom my storage would live there hahaha 😂. Highly recommended ✅

Reserving online was painless, and the facility called me on my scheduled move in date to confirm I was still coming. I was shown a few different units and was able to choose the one that works best for me. Chris helped make the whole process smooth

I was orginally offered a 5x10 for $96.00 or half price for 2 months. We had to upgrade to the next sized unit. I figure it wont be that much more and at half price for 2 months, plus i got the clerk the upsale. My wife paid for it. $175 for the next size up. Plus they gave me 15 days with no charge with 104 due on 1st. I guess this company has a 24 month calender. Then i check the bank statement, and low and behold a $50 charge. Bait and switch is what they do here.

This place is the cleanest storage I've ever been to which was my first immediate impression. Secondly the was the customer service experience was exceptional! Lisa, the manager, whom I nicknamed "LisaLisa", is the most professional and pleasant person to talk to. She is the best! You will not get dissatisfied with customer service or the ease of storage here!

This is a great facility to storage your belongings, Lisa was excellent on customer service above and beyond. Explain in details everything you need to know. Unit was available same day. Staff friendly and very knowledge. Easy access location and hours. Rental UHaul truck in advance easy to schedule. Best ever experience with this facility.
