Made online reservation and I was contacted by phone to confirm the reservation. The morning of my reservation date, I was contacted again informing me what the office hours were. When I arrived at the office, I was shown the unit I reserved to ensure that it was satisfactory for my needs. Once that was confirmed, the paperwork took less than 10 minutes to complete.

The office rep by the name of Betty not only gave me a call but followed up with me and was very helpful when I arrived to view the storage facility

The storage compound is in an ia excellent location. It is easily accessible from US1 and the Florida Turnpike. The place is located in a warehouse/business zone which has basically one entry point. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the rental process very quick and easy.

From reserving the unit on line, the face to face interaction with the ladies in the office and the unit itself - I couldn't be more pleased! Dealing with this CubeSmart location was the easiest part of my move! The communication is refreshing!

We (Cutler RIdge Womans club) rent the space because we do not have a club house and need a place to store our donations, etc. until we needed it. Every dollar we raise goes to support an organization in our area. It would be great if we did not have to pay ins as the stuff we store is not all that valuable and doesn't need the coverage and these dollars could go to better use. Even a slight discount from your organization would help increase what we can donate to those in need. We hope you know what a great asset Pat is to your location in Cutler Bay. She always has a smile and is eager to assist with any question/problem/ suggestion we may have. I have only experienced one "grumpy" employee thus far and that was with a gentleman who made we feel like I was an imposition in his space. So overall our experience has been satisfactory. Here's hoping we (Cutler RIdge Womans Club wins this drawing. We could do a lot of good with it - especially with school starting and the holidays around the corner. Warmest regards ......

The staff was helpful although I felt a bit rushed since they advised they would be closing soon when I arrived. The staff showed me to the storage and the unit they had available was great with a/c and secure. However, the fee I was advised of was high but it was all they had available. Also between the fees and insurance I ended up paying double what I had been told over the phone.

When I went to visit the representative was very friendly, funny and very helpful. Great customer service.

I was able to rent a space at Cube Smart quickly and easily. The manager was friendly and very efficient. The facility is clean and secure and easy to access from U.S. 1 and the turnpike in south Florida. Cold water and clean bathrooms are available and the employees are courteous and helpful. Coming from the Florida Keys, the prices at Cube Smart are a great value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My sister-in-law is now in the process of moving her things from another storage facility into Cubesmart because of the price.

Good so Far

The person who prepared my paper work was very helpful and friendly, he made my process super easy and he was very professional. His name is Wilson he very professional and friendly.

I shopped around in the South Miami area and found this place to be the best for location,price and good service. Will stay with them for a long while. Insurance options was my only dislike.

Computer system is antiquated and VERY SLOW - caused us to almost cancel the whole reservation…. The storage building itself also has crap hanging down from the ceilings that is disturbing looking. The price was the only thing keeping me from canceling the reservation.

The overall facility is very good. However, there were some unexpected costs that were not revealed prior to having our truck loaded and sitting there in the parking lot... For example, madatory insurance and taxes. I understand that taxes are a must, but when I managed a storage facility in the past we calculated cost "including taxes" just so the customer wouldn't think they were cheated in some way...

My fiance and I had to move out of our apartment as soon as possible. I called cubsmart the next and they helped me find the best storage for us. I got a great deal and offers and I moved in the next day.im happy with my choice.

Pat and Carmen were the ladies at the desk when we went to see the facility and decide whether to move our things from the Public Storage unit we've had for years. It took very little time to see that the place was MUCH nicer and cleaner AND that we could get a twice as big unit for the same price we were paying at Public Storage! The ladies were also incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. Besides the good value, they were the biggest reason we moved our things the next day!!!

Nothing to complain

The facility was clean and seemed safe and secure. The staff was incredibly professional and have me confidence that I made the right choice in using this company.

The manager helped us with paperwork and showed us around the facility. We were so pleased, we ended up getting a larger unit than we had originally reserved.

The storage facility as well as the office were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful; they went out of their way to help us. My husband has a bad back and Bob not only helped him unload, but found us a unit right next to the entrance for easier access. Both Bob and Carmen were very friendly and helpful. This is definitely the place for our storage needs.

I just moved in but so far I'm impressed with their facilities, customer service and value. Hopefully it will last and should I move out, I can post my experience here as a follow up. New things always are best at the beginning ... My only gripe is I sent them a follow up email a week ago and am still waiting for the reply.
