Easy to enter, clean facility, gates entry and exit

I had a little problem making the reservation, but everything else was really handy

I will recommend the storage because it's very clean good customer service they get what you need they make sure you're all right.

Everything is perfect including customer service

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice a clean facility. It was the cheapest one I found in my search. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very busy facility, but very nice and clean. So far I am satisfied with my unit. I would definitely refer someone to this location. It was convenient and close to the location Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving from.

I will recommend this place nice place no problem JR is very good with people and conversations good with explaining the routine of storage..

Cristy was such a doll. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. You can tell she likes what she does, even with her mask on you can still see her smile through it at all times. I got a 10x30 unit and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so spacious and clean. The only downside about the facility is that since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always busy on the weekends, I feel like more carts should be available as 8 of them arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t enough. Other than that I give this facility a 5 Star.

A little expensive and misleading on the on line quote for a 5 X 5 unit. We were not told that the smaller 5 X 5 at $15 per month required a ladder to store items. until we arrived at the facility. Next unit size was $70 per month.

I need to get a unit quickly move in to move out of a one place to another with my work hours it worked out great.

Great service and perfect location

I drove from Ft. Myers FL to Homestead FL to put a few things in the storage unit. What a nigtmare! It took about 45 minutes to find someone to help get into the unit. No one was in the office, it was locked. Yet you advertise being open 9 -5 on Sunday. After numerous phone calls a young lady finally came to help. The movers are going there on March 29, I hope they dont have the difficulty I went through.

Cleanest facility and the friendliest staff. Made me feel comfortable and like I was understood. Christy answered all my questions and gave me thenoption to complete my rental online.. I will be back a few days to store my stuff

Clean, good security, friendly staff. Only negative is that the men's bathroom was locked and there was no soap. Had to call the front desk to open it, and then later they locked it again! Why?
