I am amazed at the outstanding performance of the employees at this company! I was extremely stressed out in the middle of moving to a new location and in need of a storage unit.I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a scheduled appointment to be honest I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if I was going to be able to get a unit for that same day. So I went online and saw Storage America had the best prices great location and security cameras everywhere making me feel safe so I called and the most professional and caring customer provider named Marilu made me feel comfortable and relaxed she was able to get me a amazing price and unit. Very friendly staff gave me a tour of available spaces. I opted for a favorable price in the building with stair access to the 2nd floor, and got some valuable exercise. I received a 5% senior discount as well. Just to note - my 5' x 10' space was 54" x 117", otherwise a full 5 stars. Set an alarm on your phone if you're there late, the access closing time is literal, so make sure you're actually out by 9. Overall, very satisfied.

Forget about the storage but the young lady at the front desk? Omg she was amazing and deserves a raise. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and down to earth. Answered all of my questions and even helped me with the lock that I bought from the office. When we both figured it was defective, she tried to give me another which sadly was also defective so she then proceeded to give me a brand new lock *insert tears of joy here* I would definitely referred my friends to her and only because of her!

I like it a lot the only thing I really have is they need a way for people to get stuff up steps by them selfﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s like a pulley system or ramp. I say this as I carried a dresser by myself and dropped it on my finger, I now have a fractured finger.. Overall it is nice and easy to navigate and cleaner than most facilities.

Needed a unit right away after Hurricane Irma badly damaged my residence and I had to move out. Storage America had a unit available and was running out of a temporary office due to some needed repairs after the storm. The rate was comparable with others in the area. The associate I dealt with was very kind, helpful and made sure to thoroughly explain all of the lease provisions and answer all my questions. I also appreciated her making a point to sweep the unit out before I moved in, even though it didn't look that bad. Also, since the gate was damaged during the storm, someone stayed on site each evening to manually close it, instead of just leaving the property unsecured after office hours. It's only been a couple of days, but so far I'm happy.

They checked me in without using reservation so they could jack up the price and gave me a different type room. I had no options since I had been driving for two days straight and had to return moving trailer. When I noticed the change and went back the next day...thinking they had made a simple mistake...I found that they had done this intentionally and were unlikely to honor the original written reservation quote.

So far so good. Security seems to work fine and the lot looks clean. One issue with the way it was designed is that with larger trucks it is nearly impossible for a normal driver to maneuver. Luckily I used to transport cars before but even for me turned into a great task.

Service used to be great but has deteriorated over the years. Read your contract as your unit price will fluctuate. Gates work sometimes. They do not appreciate long time clients. Have been a client for 10 years and I always make my payment at the same time every month but was 5 min. late with payment and was locked out of my unit for the weekend.
