Our storage facility in Jacksonville is in a perfect spot for residents of the following communities: Eastport Dames Point New Berlin North New Berlin San Mateo A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

Nice place but the customer service was pretty terrible. The guy in the office said the third party app I used was not relevant to the actual price of their facilities. In the end he was wrong and my App was very accurate.

This storage facility has everything: climate control, 24-hour access, on-site managers, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. It may be a bit of a drive from some parts of town, but it is definitely worth it. They offered a great move-in special and there were no hidden fees or costs.

I found the staff super friendly very helpful .They answed all our questions showed us to different climate control spaces before we made up our minds.We love the location freedom to come and go..Those hand trucks were very helpful easy to use on and off the elevator.. Plenty of room between the units to use them without trouble turning corners.. I love it that we can pay on line...also the light in our unit is a major help...8 foot ceilings is a plus...Im spoiled all ready everything is so much more easier to see and reach..no more water damage from flooding...like our old unit from another location... Worth the fees ...so much stress lifted off our minds ...moving was s breeze ...

We just moved our things into our storage unit four days ago, but I would certainly recommend anyone consider renting a storage unit at this location. The facility is clean, only seven or so years old, and accessible 24 hours a day. And the staff/managers could not be any more helpful, professional or courteous. They have been very pleasant and patient during each call and visit - just what you would want and expect for customer service.

Great customer service and super clean facilities. I will recommend the place to friends. The prices were the lowest compared to the other locations. The mgt team is great.......I had to move my elderly mother unexpectedly... I found this facility online at 5:21pm....close of business was at 6pm....I gave them a call to let them know that it would be close to 6pm before Iccould get there to secure the unit. Without hesitation they said come on.....that's great customer service hands down......

We initially located this storage facility because their online prices were better than other Jacksonville locations. There is no down-side. For less than an outdoor unit at other places, you can get temperature controlled, clean, secure, and 24-hour access. I was a little worried about our unit being on the 4th floor but moving was a breeze. There are always large carts available and the elevators are huge.
