We offer storage units in a variety of types and sizes to suit your needs. Were driven by our partnerships in Jacksonville to help the Jax community find affordable, reliable storage solutions. Residents of the following communities are in the perfect spot to rent a top-of-the-line storage unit at Atlantic: Baymeadows Deerwood Royal Lakes Southside Sunbeam A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

I was skeptical at first due to the remote location but knew of Atlantic's great rep. So glad I did. The Managers are terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always onsite. The building is spotless and I feel like my items are safe and secure. I do wish it were a bit less pricey. Thanks guys for all you do!

My unit is on the 4th floor and the temperature is often higher than 80 degrees in the summer. Humidity is rather high as well. They just had a significant price increase.

I have been paying $112 for last 2 years on a 10x10. I found just found out the owner raised the new unit rate to $187. Although my unit only went up to $120, I feel this is just another business owner gouging the American people with their greed. I understand he has a business to make money, but at what cost to the community?

I was initially at another storage facility that offered a great deal to move in. I set it up auto-payment as most storage facilities want this. But then they started going up on the rate and it was one increase after another. The longer you stayed there, the more you paid. I finally moved to Atlantic and have been there for many years. There are no unexpected rate increases and they value their long term customers by giving us discounts. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help me if I have a problem gaining access I alwasy forget my code and often don't even remember my unit number. They never seem to mind and are always helpful.

I have had a storage unit with this facility for a few years now. I've switched sizes and floors multiple times based on my changing needs, and the staff here has always been super accommodating and friendly. They respond to emails quickly as well. There was only one time when I went to my unit and couldn't get in, and that was due to a screw up with their systems. They promptly fixed this and refunded me some money. I guess their pricing is fair compared to other places. I haven't shopped around. This location is very convenient to my condo. But the facility is super clean and secure. The only thing against it is that it's located behind another shipping center, and at night it feels a LITTLE secluded and dark. But the parking lot is well lit and if course you can't get into the building without a code, etc. Although I've never felt any danger, it's always a good idea to bring more than one person with you at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend this indoor, climate-controlled facility to anyone.
