Residents of the following communities are in an ideal position to take advantage of our convenient Jacksonville storage facility: Argyle Forest Duclay Ortega Hills Southwest Jacksonville A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

The staff was knowledgeable of the facility, discounts, paperwork to process our request. The facility location was close by snd east to get to. The first WOW came when we were told that there was lights in the unit as well as outside the unit and that every other light out side the unit stays on. The second WOW came was when we were handed the “Thank You” gifts after the contract was signed. These are gifts that you will use, not junk. This company really cares about there customers.

Ive been using the facility for about 6 years or more, and it is always clean, just recently Ive noticed the two new girls working the front office, and they have done an outstanding job helping me with any questions or concerns I have. They seem to go the extra mile in being courteous and smile each and every time you get near them, Nice to see people taking there jobs serious. Hats off to ya Jennifer and Karen appreciate your efforts, thanks for helping me out the other day

I wish the rates were locked in. The paper work says that the rates and discounts can change whenever and with no notice but they never mention it when signing the papers. Hopefully this does not become an issue. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The elevators and carts are very helpful when moving big pieces.

The on site manager had all of my information and was very accommodating when I arrived and moved in. He had some very helpful suggestions and took time to explain all of the forms, and the rules and regulations for the facility. My unit was ready when I arrived, was clean and well lit. No complaints at all.

First time user of any storage facility. Found this place online and liked that it is climate controlled. Seems to have adequate security and everything is clean. My only grievance was a monthly charge for mandatory insurance. They say this charge is listed on the website but I sure didn't see it. Wasn't thrilled to pay any extra $8 month to insure household goods. Other than that, the check in procedure was quick and there are plenty of carts at front door to move stuff with.

I was very pleased upon visiting the facility and meeting the managers who live on-site. The access into the building is easy, the halls and doors are wide, the space is air-conditioned very well and the place is very clean. The interior of the storage room is bright metal and very clean, so much nicer than unfinished drywall you will find in other places.
