The following communities are in the perfect spot to rent dependable, affordable storage solutions with Atlantic Self Storage: Bayard Bartram Springs Durbin Crossing Fruit Cove Mandarin A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

The hallway where my unit is located has a broken a/c unit. On hot days the temperature has been 88-89 and very uncomfortable. We were told several weeks ago that the unit was being replaced. Now we're being told the unit is coming from China and won't be available for some time. We've been customers of Atlantic Self Storage for some time now and the the climate control has never been right. It's upsetting that we're paying for climate control, but the hallway feels like the heat is on full time. If you open the hallway door to the left or right, the temperature is very comfortable and the way it should be. I feel it would be a sign of good faith for Atlantic Self Storage to offer a discount for the especially hot months of August and September and until the a/c unit is fully operational. The discount could be a dollar-off amount the rent or a complete refund for the months of August and September. I understand that the contract lists 85 degrees as the acceptable high. Kindly visit my hallway on an afternoon when the sun is out and see for yourselves.

I have been renting there for many years and was very satisfied but for the past 3 yrs or so, the prices have been going up and all of a sudden they are raising the price every 6 months now. I understand raising prices every 2 years or so but when it is $20-$30 more every six months is outrageous

And Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented quite a few! The owners are great to work with; itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s one of cleanest, most well-kept facilities Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever used and the rates are great! Also...they have carts for their customers. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been a few years since I needed a storage unit, but none of the other facilities Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented from had those.

Experience went well, I was lead to believe that my Triple A (AAA) card would be of help online, but when arrived it did not give me any additional discount, the manager(s) were very helpful, very efficient, the location was the closest to my home, it was clean. of course I thought price was a little high for such a small space.
