I made an online reservation for the storage unit that we wanted and was able to complete the sign up the next day. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of the business.

I left my travel trailer for a month, everything looks great.

My only complaint with this company is that they bundle in REQUIRED new customer packages with each new unit. In order to get the new tenant discount, you have to pay for this new customer package that includes some things you may not even need (lock, led light, dust cover, a few boxes, some damp-rid, etc.). Kind of a shady way to recoup some of that discount.

We have always used Atlantic self storage for our storage needs with no problem. This is the first time we have used this one on Faye Rd and they are great. They are very nice, patient and personable. We feel almost like we are visiting a friend when we go in. Great place, like I said very nice and professional at the same time. Love you guys!

I am happy with my storage overall. the one thing I did ask prior to renting is if my rate would increase every 6 months like at the other place I rented and I was told no that they rarely had a rate increase. I just got one and will wait to see how soon it is before I get another one.

I've had a storage unit at Faye Rd. For almost 10 years. It's always clean. Maintenance and repairs are kept up with. Never had an issue with anything. The managers are willing and able to help in person and even over long distance phone calls. Prices are fair and easy to pay. Highly recommend this particular facility of the many in Jacksonville.

I love having my things at Faye Road. It's clean and the people are awesome.

First, the folks at the facility have been great. I've been renting a unit for about 1.5 years at Faye Road. In July of 2017 when I went to pay the rent, the rate had been inexplicably increased by 16%... That is both ridiculous and inexcusable. Periodic rate increases are understandable. However, their cost of doing business did not suddenly increase by 16%. Inflation is not 16%. A 16% rate increase is not justifiable. Clearly they don't believe in regular business projections nor do they value their existing tenants. If you're going to raise rates, start with the new contracts, not people that have been with you for a while. They purportedly mailed out a (i.e., one) notice, but a notice never showed up in my mail, and for some reason they didn't bother to email notices. Not impressed, going to look elsewhere.

This facility is so easy to get in and out of without any issues - very convenient. The staff is very aware of the daily status of things and contact you as needed so that you don't have to remember important dates when time to renew, etc. It is easy and convenient to make payments when due.

I have had the reason to visit other of your storage facilities over the last few years. I can frankly say that the Yellowbluff location is the best. 1st - customer service - Jethro and the others in the office are ALWAYS friendly and forever helpful when circumstances change. We've been storing items in this facility since 2005. We've grown from 1 unit to three and have even changed floors for better access and price. We've even had to do shorter term rentals for our businesses and again Jethro and the team there have always assisted in finding a solution to our storage needs. Cleanliness - This facility is always SPOTLESS. No matter the floor or the time of day or week. And it even smells clean :-). Other facilities don't seem to take the same pride. We used to live just down the road and it made the location very convenient, but we've moved during the past year and we continue to make the trek out to the Yellowbluff location. We've decided to stay there because of your staff!!

Mikayle and Jeremiah made a difficult situation a pleasure. I opened my storage unit after my husband died and i needed to sell the family home. I was in need of storing some family items somewhere safe and secure without worrying about them. It was a tremendously sad and stressful time for me and my family. From my first encounter to my last Mikayle and Jeremiah were helpful and friendly and kind. I don't usually even fill out such surveys but i really cannot say enough about this management team. On the occassions when someone would accompany me to the storage unit, even my guests had commented on how helpful and genuine they both were. The Faye location was actually some distance away from where i ended up residing after i rented it but i never considered moving to a closer location due solely to the staff there and quality of service. I closed my storage unit yesterday as i have now bought another home and no longer need to store my family items. If ever the need arose again however, or if i have the opportunity to refer someone in need of a storage facility there is no doubt i would refer them to Faye Rd Atlantic Storage.

Couldn't ask for more accommodative and helpful service! My move-in last Saturday was well anticipated, with a preparative call from Jeremiah a few days earlier. My veteran's discount (from U.S. Army Reserve service 40 years ago) was respected despite my lack of formal discharge paperwork or current military credentials. All the staff were most courteous---the entire experience couldn't have been improved upon! Now, if they can just keep future increases reasonable, they'll have my business for life!

The office staff and managers over the facility are amazing. Mikayle and Jeremiah take customer service to a completely higher standard and are always very helpful. Moving is hard. And the added stress of storing our household belongings and beloved furniture made moving even harder. Thankfully, Jeremiah at Atlantic Self Storage facility at 2711 Faye Road was our knight in shining armor. He is an energetic expert in his line of work. He quickly put our minds at ease by offering us a couple climate controlled units that fit our needs. The entire facility is very well maintained and super clean, with easy 24 hour access. It was very easy to fill out the paperwork to get my storage unit and the office staff was amazingly helpful. Although I had doubts about getting all my stuff up to a second floor unit, the manager was there when we were unloading and had lots of helpful hints on how to do it efficiently. It ended up taking about half the time I originally thought! This place is very clean and secure. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I've been using this facility off and on for probably close to 10 years. I believe Jeremiah and Mikayle are the 3rd set of people in charge of this place since my first storage unit. The other people were nice, so no disrespect towards them, but I have to say Jeremiah and Mikayle are better. They are super nice and friendly, and they keep the facility super clean and always operational. If something is not working, chances are it will be within a day or so. I have also recommended friends and family to this location. They've also been very pleased with the building, and staff.

I have been storing my extra furniture and other belongings at the Faye Road location since February 2012. My move-in was smooth and simple, and they were flexible in allowing me to pick my monthly due date so that it coincides with my paydays. The customer service has been nothing short of amazing in the 2 years I have been there. I have referred numerous friends to them, and certainly enjoy the $10 credit to my bill every time I do. I would certainly recommend Atlantic Self Storage for your storage needs, and the Faye Road location especially!

The convenience of its location makes it very easy to come to my storage unit on a whim when i need it. We keep holiday boxes & tubs in there but when it calls for a quick garage clean up or spring cleaning i love the convenience of accessing the unit and moving stuff as needed. I would like to see a price reduction for long term tenants. I would like a unit closer and one that I don't have to go through an additional door, as I have difficulty walking and the door and threshold make it hard for me to maneuver the cart through it. I do like the facility and it is very convenient to my home and I do feel safe going there after hours.

Well maintained, newer facility, nice conditioned space maintained at a comfortable temp. I've rented since early 2011 there. Never a billing problem, lower cost than competitors and even same company's units nearby. Substantially less expensive than south Jacksonville and south Orange Park. Good elevators, handcarts readily available, good security and no loiterers. Helpful friendly on-site staff.
