After getting ripped off by another self storage company, I was grateful to find such an awesome deal for the size i needed. Move in special - first month free with second month down - perfect for me since I only need the unit for 45 days. Great customer service - helpful and knowledgeable. They checked in twice while I was moving in to make sure all was well. Highly recommend ! P

Great location close to my home. Excellent customer service, clean property and security gates an added plus. Only issue I've continued to experience is A/C in climate controlled hallway of my building doesn't cool as it should. Also a bit disappointing that long term tenants and those with multiple units continue to see rate increases and minimal discounts, yet there always seems to be incentives for new renters. Would love to see customer loyalty rewards but most companies just don't offer them anymore and that's unfortunate!

The Manager gives me excellent customer service. She answers any questions no matter what the question is. I'm moving my stuff to the new area where I'm moving needs assistance with me moving my stuff too. I'm 74 years old and it's hard to move all my things to the opposite end of the park. I would even pay a fee to have someone to help me to move my things
