Our Jacksonville storage units come in various sizes and varieties to suit everything from inventory to holiday decorations. If you live in any of the following communities, you are in the perfect spot to snag a Jacksonville storage unit at Atlantic: Bartram Springs Bayard Brookwood Greenland Greenleaf Village The Palms at Nocatee Saint Johns A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

Very nice new, clean facility. Very disappointed in the rate increases. Sure, inflation hits all of us, but a modern storage facility with 100% occupancy does not need to increase their rates 20% every 6 to 9 months "just because"!
