Atlantic Self Storage offers a range of storage unit types and varieties across Jacksonville, so you can find an option that suits your needs. Residents of the following communities in Jacksonville, FL, are in a great position to take advantage of inexpensive storage with us: Alderman Park Arlingwood Atlantic Boulevard Estates Regency Southside Estates Woodland Acres A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

They always go out of there way to make sure I don't forget my payment, most customers would think they are being harassed, no me they are a bright star in my book, because my job takes all of my attention and sometimes certain things tend to slip your mind. The personal at my location give me a call personally to remind me that my payment is running close to being late . If all of your location are doing the same you will always have business. I have rented eight units over the last year-and-a-half with the total amount in rental fees over $5,000 I am currently renting to 10 x 20, which originally were $150 even. Now I'm paying $198...I do not understand the reason for the rate increase and breaking my contract with you at the original amount. There is no reason given for rate increase. That is the reason I will be moving on. Shame on you Atlantic storage.

I do not recommend, I only stay because I'm lazy and going to be moving out of state within a year anyway. The latch on my unit is extremely rusty. They use blowers to "clean" the aisles, so dirt and leaves get blown under the door which does not seal well. Insects are an issue too.

I'm satisfied with my storage unit. The service given to me was always good. I have no complaint. Representaive usually worked with me when it comes to my unit account and concerns. I just hope that the dumpters is open to the customers only along with the bathroom. Some storage usually have customers bathroom available. The facility used to have customers bathroom. Over all I'm pleased.

After having a negative experience with another facility these ladies made it right. Very open,friendly and willing to help me. I received a better rate, with a larger unit. The ladies explained all fees and honored my reservation because her information didn't have the same AAA rate. These ladies made the process simple and no pressure to up sell me,even though I did choose extra coverage. I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

Love that there were No unexpected charges, my month goes by my move in date so Noooo Prorates! Very pleased they even have online payment option! I have never seen a storage facility that doesn't allow usage of the dumpster. I put a small bag in there and was told by the lady working that I was given a warning and next time I would be fined. The dumpster is padlocked but there was a small opening where I could put a small bag in and she was very rude about it. Other facilities even have a donation box for good Will so people can donate what they don't want to store. Just seems odd to see this locked.

The lady in the office is the most personable friendly leasing agent ever not only that she promply returned all calls from the prvious night online activety. She made the moving transaction which is no fun at all so much better with her sparkling personality. Front desk called within twenty minutes of my reservation. He was very polite and helpful. The unit is as I expected, I didn't rent from the nicest, more expensive places but everything looked fine. You have to enter a code to enter ands to leave which seems safe. The price was fair and I'm happy with my decision.

I was amazingly surprised at how knowledgable and polite the manager was when I came to get my unit on a rainy day. The unit I received was clean and the comparable price was the best in town. It had everything I wanted at a fair price. I came with my own insurance, so that saved me a little but even without it I would have gone ahead with the tranaction due to the security, politeness and knowledge of the manager, location, access, and price.

I had a good experience with my initial signing in. The person who helped me was very nice and kept apologizing for the process taking a bit longer than normal because he had not done that particular admittance before. A gentlemen had come after me and the employee asked if I would mind waiting to process him because he was just paying on his space.. I did not mind the wait.
