Could be cleaner customer service better

Very nice place. Clean, 24 hour entry, reasonable price

This facility is good for my storage needs (I don't need climate control). I got a good promotional rate & the whole process was quick & easy. James was very pleasant & helpful. The woman who also works in the office (don't know her name) was very nice & helped me as well.

First time renter and I must say that they were wonderful. The process was painless and affordable, and I do not regret coming here.

I needed a storage unit at the last minute, property manager Angela was amazing and so helpful and made it possible and affordable, I'm so greatful Atlantic Self Storage storage facility is clean and professionally run.

This was one of the best experiences I had renting a storage unit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the process didn't take long at all! The discounts were amazing, and the unit itself was clean and ready to be moved into with no problems.

They always go out of there way to make sure I don't forget my payment, most customers would think they are being harassed, no me they are a bright star in my book, because my job takes all of my attention and sometimes certain things tend to slip your mind. The personal at my location give me a call personally to remind me that my payment is running close to being late . If all of your location are doing the same you will always have business. Great customer service and very friendly and helpful!

I have rented eight units over the last year-and-a-half with the total amount in rental fees over $5,000 I am currently renting to 10 x 20, which originally were $150 even. Now I'm paying $198...I do not understand the reason for the rate increase and breaking my contract with you at the original amount. There is no reason given for rate increase. That is the reason I will be moving on. Shame on you Atlantic storage.

They keep uping the prices and not fixing the grounds.

I enjoy the services I receive there

I do not recommend, I only stay because I'm lazy and going to be moving out of state within a year anyway. The latch on my unit is extremely rusty. They use blowers to "clean" the aisles, so dirt and leaves get blown under the door which does not seal well. Insects are an issue too.

I'm satisfied with my storage unit. The service given to me was always good. I have no complaint. Representaive usually worked with me when it comes to my unit account and concerns. I just hope that the dumpters is open to the customers only along with the bathroom. Some storage usually have customers bathroom available. The facility used to have customers bathroom. Over all I'm pleased.

Found them online after much research found them to be nearby an a very good rate. There was a problem with the computer which is wh paperwork took alittle longer.They need to make 2nd gate function.

Customer service is great. Doors a little rusted. Required insurance coverage is poor. Doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cover theft or flood. The 2 major issues with storage

The property managers live on premisses everything is secure

After having a negative experience with another facility these ladies made it right. Very open,friendly and willing to help me. I received a better rate, with a larger unit. The ladies explained all fees and honored my reservation because her information didn't have the same AAA rate. These ladies made the process simple and no pressure to up sell me,even though I did choose extra coverage. I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

24 hour access, easy terms, location on busy road location gave me a welcome pack it was nice.

I had an excellent experience here. The ladies who manage this facility went out of their way to assist me when the unit I rented could not hold everything from my truck. They are super friendly and seem to really care about their customers. Thank you!!!!

Spacious storage at a reasonable cost.

I love being able to get to my things anytime I need to. Just don't like that there are no lights inside the unit but there are solar lights on the outside that come on when it starts to get dark.

Parking at this facility, before you have your access code is dicey. You guys need to look into it. The ladies who manage the units and the units themselves are excellent.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. All units are drive-up which makes move-in day easy.

Will use again. Clean lockers, fun staff.

The ladies in the office were Great! They were very cordial, informative, and even advised we were eligible for a monthly discount on Our unit!!!! Love that there were No unexpected charges, my month goes by my move in date so Noooo Prorates! Very pleased they even have online payment option! I even saved more money because my renters insurance policy Covers my storage unit as well!!! Very pleased!

Would recommend this place to family and friends.

I have never seen a storage facility that doesn't allow usage of the dumpster. I put a small bag in there and was told by the lady working that I was given a warning and next time I would be fined. The dumpster is padlocked but there was a small opening where I could put a small bag in and she was very rude about it. Other facilities even have a donation box for good Will so people can donate what they don't want to store. Just seems odd to see this locked.

Good basic storage, with all drive to doors. No need for carts or elevators.

Did have trouble with security gate once but all is well.

Sparefoot was a huge help with finding and reserving this place. Handled everything over the phone and went down to the facility where I was met with equally friendly service.

Its an ok facility, functional. Customer service was good.

Rooms are kind of small but overall a good deal.

Reasonable prices and great customer service

They have "can't believe it prices" especially with Spare foot discounts, They have a gated entrance with 24-hours access, great customer service with a wealth of storage knowledge and only minutes away from everything. If you have done your homework, you'll choose them too!

I rented a 10x10 it was smaller than i thought. but that was my issue. clean 24 hour access lighted \.

Every nice facility. Price was way far out of reach. Tried to make a seal. Also different price on the phone than what was afforded . i would recommend to any one who could afford it.

The lady in the office is the most personable friendly leasing agent ever not only that she promply returned all calls from the prvious night online activety. She made the moving transaction which is no fun at all so much better with her sparkling personality. Transaction was More human but not just with me I watched her with her other customersshe was the same with them too I went to this place not because of its sparkling location in jacksonville but because of this ladys views that were all correct. This is a great facility. Convenient location with efficient staff and decent prices. As a college student, I am always looking for the best deal and this was within my budget.

Need better parking this place is not equipped for a moving truck to park to get a unit so I would recommend going in a car 1st.

The lady who took care of my paperwork was very courteous and the paperwork very simple. I think it was faster because I did pre-registered online. I am not sure about security I just started renting but I live nearby and it have always seem to be secure. I have never notice any problem.

Front desk called within twenty minutes of my reservation. He was very polite and helpful. The unit is as I expected, I didn't rent from the nicest, more expensive places but everything looked fine. You have to enter a code to enter ands to leave which seems safe. The price was fair and I'm happy with my decision.

I was amazingly surprised at how knowledgable and polite the manager was when I came to get my unit on a rainy day. The unit I received was clean and the comparable price was the best in town. It had everything I wanted at a fair price. I came with my own insurance, so that saved me a little but even without it I would have gone ahead with the tranaction due to the security, politeness and knowledge of the manager, location, access, and price.

Excellent customer service, I got a good deal 50% off the first 3 months.

My unit had an ant infestation.

I had a good experience with my initial signing in. The person who helped me was very nice and kept apologizing for the process taking a bit longer than normal because he had not done that particular admittance before. A gentlemen had come after me and the employee asked if I would mind waiting to process him because he was just paying on his space.. I did not mind the wait.
