When you need additional space at an affordable rate, Atlantic Self Storage has you covered. Find our facility on Shad Road, a short drive off Philips Highway, where we are next door to Duval Charter School at Mandarin K-8. We work directly with a variety of individuals and businesses around the area, and our strong local partnerships in Jacksonville have made us feel like an integral part of the community. Our storage solutions come in a wide range of sizes and types to help you find the perfect answer to your needs. Members of these communities are in an ideal position to take advantage of our Jacksonville storage facility: Beauclerc Loretto Mandarin Southside A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

I called 3 weeks in advance. I am super organized and very very early to get everything done. I received an email with a copy of the floor plan. Also pre selected my storage unit which I have documented in an email. They gave that unit away. I had to pay more to the movers to move much farther in the storage facility. That was not fair or right. We had made prearranged plans with you. Then the old man who helped me had no knowledge of the products or services. I knew more than he knew. It took forever! I had to help guide him. The location was great. Super clean. I loved everything but the older gentlemen took forever. I changed my info because u don't want anyone at the facility to know who I am and why I'm complaining. Very dissatisfied. I had no choice but to move in.

The managers have gone above and beyond to be helpful every time I have set foot on the property. The office person was extremely helpful when I brought in my online coupons and questions, she helped me make the best choice for my needs. While unloading the truck the gentleman came out and triggered the doors to stay unlocked. Very nice experience.
