About Atlantic Self Storage - Sunbeam
Whether youre new to the Jacksonville area or a business thats been around for years, self storage is an invaluable resource for quickly making space and decluttering efficiently. Atlantic Self Storage offers an array of storage unit sizes to fit your specific needs and flexible month-to-month lease terms, so you can rent your storage unit for as long or as short as you require. Our storage facility on Sunbeam Road is next to J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing and All U Need Pest Control Jacksonville. We are conveniently located near Philips Highway, providing streamlined access to Sunbeam, Mandarin, Baymeadows, and Lakewood neighborhoods. A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

Had a wonderful experience at Atlantic Self Storage off of Sunbeam. The office manager took great care of us and had such a pleasant spirit. She was in the middle of dealing with an unfortunate crisis while dealing with multiple customers at the same time. She was made for multi-tasking! Her efforts were very commendable. And the property manager jumped in right away to help how he could. The property is excellently maintained and I am very pleased with the cleanliness, customer service and prices! Thank you!

The indoor part of the facility is a little tight with large items and I'm not a huge fan of the 5 ft doors into the units. The elevator is center ally located but there is only one. The service makes up for much of the unconvinced of the design. Joe is awesome. Very kind, helpful, and just.

The owners, Joe and Lucy, are truly amazing. I had just moved to town and initially went with one of their competitors. From the first phone call, the competitors really rubbed us the wrong way. We went ahead and leased with them, but we left feeling so displeased with the pricing, amenities, and customer service. As it turned out, our facility we were leasing wasn't large enough for our needs, so we decided to look for a change of venue. From the very first (and prompt) phone call from Lucy, I knew Atlantic Storage on Sunbeam Rd was the place for us. Both she and Joe were very welcoming, up-front and honest and thorough in the details. They made me feel like part of their family, and that was such a good feeling as a stranger in a new, strange place. I would recommend them a million times over!
