I can't say enough about how clean the business was. So organized. So professional yet so friendly. I truly felt like I had known Laz and Becky for a long time. They treated me so kindly yet were so knowledgeable about the self storage business. It's so nice this day and time to find such caring people at a business location. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Self Storage located @ 7150 Blanding Blvd Jacksonville FL 32244 to anyone. This location deserves a big thank you because they are definitely very valuable to this company.

Customer service was excellent. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember the two ppl that helped but they were extremely nice patient showed me everything before paying. They were very professional and clean.

Customer service was good however more information should have been provided during the initial call from the facility after online reservation (possible additional discounts, i.e. Educator, Military). Company needs to let customers know that a lock is not provided free. It presents the appearance of the priority being to sell locks!

A nice place to store you things and the customer service is great. But I think when you are asking someone to give a survey, don't ask for there name.

I wish to say thank you when things go wrong with my account they are there to help me get back on track I can come and go as I please especially when the only time I have is late at night sometimes still sorting out what needs to be kept lol thanks again

We are long time customers and have seen managers come and go. Most were ok and a few were awful. The current manager does a good job.

Great location and excellent customer service

The manager on duty at this location was rude when I arrived. I showed him my reservation from Sparefoot and he said they did not honor 3rd party deals. I explained to him that I had previously rented through this website and he said he could not do anything about it. Then I called Sparefoot back multiple times throughout the day to make them aware that I had been standing outside the facility in the middle of the night looking for a kiosk that was not there, but was supposed to be there according to the Sparefoot representative. I was finally connected with Mark in Escalations and he promised to call me back a week later. Its week 2 and I have still not heard back from them.

They were quick to help and accommodate me in my quick situation.

Recommend very highly. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit! Keep up the great work!!
